These are pictures of a project I was workin' on for summer school.
I worked with two of my friends on it, we busted our asses for a week to come up with this. The theme was music, so all we did was play music (while doing the robot and break dancin') and just improvising the drawings. Music from Rjd2 to Bjork to Jay-Z to Sublime to Four Tet to Franz Ferdinand to Sage Francis was playing so variety played a big part in this project. We used charcoal, pastels, chalk, paint, glow in the dark glitter, peanut butter, the usual. There was also a projection of an abstract video, as well as turn tables set up and cool lighting, but I forgot my camera the day of the critique so.. yeah i know.. i suck.. We also had to take it down right after the critique, it was kinda painful after all the hard work heh.
It was so much fun to work freely along with other talented people. Hope you like it :]
whooa.. that's.. big! heh, amazing stuff you created. i love the drawing of the asian-looking female in the top middle image. those colors are really really bright too for being on cardboard. peanut butter! lol

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

The bold colours and the extent of busy-ness going on here is truly eye-appealing and captivating. Very much alive, as music should be.
What mediums, and how long did it take?
